There is a minimum order of $10.00, which does not include shipping. For all orders that are less than $10.00 a fee will be added to the order to equal the amount of $10.00. For example, if you have an order that is only $6.00 the invoice will have a $4.00 fee added to reflect the $10.00 minimum plus shipping cost.
Payments can be made by check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or money order. Ohio residents will have Sales Tax, unless a tax exempt number is supplied. Shipping will be charged the standard UPS rate plus handling unless requested otherwise.
Prices are subject to change with a 30 day notice.
Unless other terms have been pre-approved by Ryder Engraving, terms are net 15 days. Interest of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts. All past due accounts over 60 days will automatically revert to payment in advance until credit is re-established.
A service charge of $30.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank for insufficient funds.

Like all companies we have experienced cost increases in our materials over the years. Ryder has not passed these increases along to our customers since 1999. We, at Ryder Engraving, wish to thank our valued customers for their loyal patronage. As a business, we have always tried to keep our items fairly priced. For the first time in twelve years, due to our own higher costs, we will be raising our prices to reflect those increases. Our new prices will be effective on July 1, 2012 all orders placed before that date will not have the new price. We plan to post our new prices on our Website no later than June 10th. Artwork Fee
A standard setup fee of $30.00 is required for any work that requires setup/layout of graphics, artwork, and/or text. Depending on the nature of the artwork an additional fee may apply to cover additional labor costs.
Screen Fee
Due to the cost of manufacturing screens for screen printing, a one-time charge of $30.00 for one color and $15.00 for each additional color will be charged on all orders that require silk-screening. If a screen-fee is required the screen-fee will replace the artwork fee so that only one fee will be charged.
Repeat Setup Fee
A Repeat Setup Fee may be assessed with certain products or services. Please inquire if your order will receive a repeat setup fee. The repeat setup fee will be based on a nominal percentage of the order amount.
Ryder Engraving has a standard turn around time of two weeks or 10 business days from approval of the order. This does not include shipping time.
Jobs that require less than 5 working days could have additional shipping and handling fees, due to overnight delivery and overtime. Approval on shipping other than standard UPS ground shipping will be required.
Unless otherwise requested and approved by Ryder Engraving, shipping will be charged the standard UPS rate plus handling and shipped UPS ground. Smaller packages weighing under 1 lbs. may be charged the standard USPS rate plus handling fees and shipped Priority Mail.
Due to the amount of lost packages, First Class mail will only be used upon request. Ryder Engraving will not be responsible for lost packages resulting from using First Class mail.
Shipping estimates can be issued upon request but are subject to change due to UPS and USPS rate changes.
Due to the custom nature of the product we do not accept returns. However, if we have made a mistake on our end we will gladly replace the item. If the mistake was made on your end we can offer you a new item at a discounted price. Please make sure to double-check your information.
