Each blank tag is made from your choice of 1/16” thick 2 ply plastic or aluminum. A pin or clip fastener is included in the base price of the tag. Other fasteners or name tag options can be found below. You may refer to the Additional Costs section for more information including setup fees. Feel free to mix and match options. A simple note submitted with your quote is all we need.


Choice of Badge Color
Choose the color of plastic or metal you wish your tag(s) to showcase.

Choice of Edging
Enhance your tag with a round corner or beveled edge.

Special Shape
A variety of shapes can be cut from plastic tags either with a laser or rotary cutter. Feel free to choose a shape other than rectangular with this option.

Choice of Fastener
Find the best way for you to wear your tag.

Holder Options
Frames add extra flare and sleeves can protect your tag or provide a way to attach a lanyard.


Additional Costs

Rush Fees:
The standard lead time is 5-10 business days. No rush fees apply if needed before 5 business days. Please let us know if you need the name tags by a certain date and we will try to meet the deadline. Expedited shipping charges may apply with approval.


General Terms and Conditions:
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A quoted shipping cost is approximate and will be determined at the time of invoicing.
Production time is 5-10 business days after job approval.
New clients are required to prepay on the initial order.  For repeat orders, payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise noted. Payments may be made online through a requested link, by mailing a check, or by credit card over the phone.

Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise requested and approved by Ryder Engraving, shipping will be charged the standard UPS rate plus handling fees and shipped UPS ground. Smaller packages weighing under 1 lbs. may be charged the standard USPS rate plus handling fees and shipped First Class or Priority Mail.  Expedited shipping is available on request.  A handling fee of $1.00 will be charged per shipping location.
We make every effort to ship the products or provide the services here-under in accordance with the requested delivery date. We do not accept any liability for any losses or for general, special or consequential damages arising out of delay in delivery. If you receive a damaged package or item contact us at 740-927-7193.

Artwork and Logo Approval
It’s the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the provided proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, the customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (screens, set-up-charges, any substrates), including corrections and reprints. The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreement of logo and artwork. If an Internal Logo Licensing Fee is required please notify Ryder Engraving Inc.

Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of the product we do not accept returns. However, if there was an error due to our negligence we will replace the item at our expense and expedite the production and shipping of the replacement order. If there was an error made through no fault of Ryder Engraving then replacements can be made at a discounted price. Please make sure to double-check your information.
